Naomi Tuttle Anderson
January 12, 1928 - March 20, 2008
Savannah- Naomi Tuttle Anderson, 80, died at Candler Hospital on March 20, 2008 after an extended illness, with her family by her side. Mrs. Anderson was born January 12, 1928, and she was a native of Newington, Georgia. She was a beloved mother and grandmother, a homemaker, a member of Riverside Baptist Church, and former member of the Pine Gardens Neighborhood Association.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mildred Tuttle and James Holbrook Tuttle, her sister, Charlotte Tuttle, brother, James, and her husband, William Anderson.
Survivors include her sisters Mary Elinor Coker and Wynette Cail; son, William Brooks Anderson; daughters, Sandra Madray, Cathy Anderson Usher John and Melanie Anderson Christian; four grandchildren, Salina Furlong Gary, Neil Usher, Ryan Usher, and Erin Christian; and four great-grandchildren, Kaitlin Furlong, Sarah Furlong, Ansley Usher, and Michael Furlong.
Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m., Monday, March 24, 2008 at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
